Chapter 1: General Provisions


Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the basic conditions and procedures for using the internet services operated by Mifko Co., Ltd., Mifko Seeds Co., Ltd., and Mifko Green Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Article 2 (Notice)
1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Company’s website or otherwise publicly announced.
2. The Company may revise these Terms for legitimate reasons, and any changes will be announced immediately through posting on the Company website or similar methods. The customer agrees that the Company is not responsible to users or third parties for any service modifications or discontinuation.
3. If a service user does not agree to the revised Terms, the user may stop using the service and terminate the service contract. However, continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised Terms is considered acceptance of the changes.

Article 3 (Applicable Rules Outside These Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
1. “Member” refers to a person who has entered into a service use contract with the Company.
2. “User ID (replaced by email account)” refers to an individual who enters into a service contract with the Company for identification and service use.
3. “Password” refers to the alphanumeric combination set by the user to protect personal information and verify identity.
4. “Administrator” refers to a person appointed by the Company to manage and operate the service.


Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement

Article 5 (Establishment of Use Contract)
1.Clicking the “Agree” button for the Terms is deemed acceptance, after which the user must register for membership.
2. The use contract is established when the Company approves the user’s membership application.
3. Users who provide false information during registration may not receive legal protection and may face service restrictions.

Article 6 (Reservation or Rejection of Contract)
1. The Company may reserve approval in the following cases:
- Lack of service capacity
- Technical difficulties preventing service provision
- Other cases deemed necessary by the Company

2. The Company may reject approval in the following cases:
- False information or forged documents provided
- Theft of another person’s information
- Other violations of requirements or the Company’s policies

Article 7 (Management of User ID and Password)
The user is responsible for managing their ID and password and assumes all responsibility for damages resulting from negligence or misuse by third parties, except in cases caused by the Company’s intentional or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes to Contract Information)
1. Users must update their personal information (address, phone number, password, etc.) through the personal information page. The Company is not responsible for disadvantages caused by failure to update information.
2. A user ID may be changed if:
- It contains personal information such as phone number or email
- It may cause discomfort to others
- The Company deems it necessary


Chapter 3: Service Use

Article 9 (Company Obligations)
The Company shall not disclose or distribute a member’s personal information to third parties without consent, except in cases required by law or when requested for criminal investigation or by legally authorized organizations.

Article 10 (Transactions with Advertisers)
The website may include services for advertiser promotions. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from transactions between members and advertisers.

Article 11 (Member-Posted Content)
The Company is not responsible for content posted or transmitted by members and may delete such content without prior notice if:

1. It defames, invades privacy, or harms others
2. It disrupts service stability
3. It is related to criminal activity
4. It infringes intellectual property rights
5. It exceeds allowed posting duration
6. It violates relevant laws

Article 12 (Rights and Responsibilities for Posted Content)
1. Copyright of all content on the website belongs to the Company.
2. Members retain copyright over content they post but grant the Company free usage rights.
3. Unauthorized use of Company-owned content on other sites is prohibited.

Article 13 (Member Responsibility for User ID and Password)
1. Members are fully responsible for management and consequences of misuse.
2. Members must immediately report unauthorized use to the Company.

Article 14 (General Obligations of Members)
1. Members must not:
- Illegally use another member’s ID
- Reproduce or distribute information without Company consent
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Distribute content violating public order or morals
- Engage in criminal activity
- Harm or defame others
- Violate laws or these Terms
2. Members must comply with all Company notices and guidelines.
3. Members may not conduct business using the service without prior approval.
4. Information obtained through the service may not be copied or used without permission.
5. Members must acquire portrait rights, trademarks, or other rights for images they use; the member is liable for related disputes.

Article 15 (Service Hours)
1. The service is available 24/7 unless technical or operational issues occur.
2. The Company may divide the service into separate sections with different hours.

Article 16 (Service Use Responsibility)
Members may not engage in illegal commercial activities, including hacking, advertising schemes, adult content distribution, or illegal software sharing. The Company is not responsible for resulting civil or criminal liability.

Article 17 (Suspension of Service)
1. The Company may limit or suspend the service in cases of war, natural disaster, national emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. The Company shall notify users of the reason and duration of suspension as soon as possible.


Chapter 4: Termination and Restrictions

Article 18 (Termination and Restrictions)
1. Members may request contract termination online or by phone.
2. The Company may terminate or suspend service without notice if the member:
- Uses another’s ID or password
- Intentionally disrupts service
- Distributes content violating public morals
- Attempts to harm national or public interest
- Defames or harms others
- Sends excessive or advertising information
- Distributes viruses or malicious programs
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates external regulatory requests
- Uses the service for illegal financial gain
- Uploads or links to obscene content
- Violates these Terms or any laws
3. The Company will notify users of suspension reasons and duration.
4. Users may appeal if they disagree with the suspension.
5. The Company may temporarily postpone suspension during the review period.
6. If the reason for suspension is resolved, service will be restored immediately.

Article 19 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Members may not transfer or provide their contractual rights or service privileges to others.


Chapter 5: Miscellaneous

Article 20 (Compensation for Damages)
The Company is not liable for damages incurred while services are provided free of charge. Separate terms apply once the service becomes paid.

Article 21 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company is not responsible for users not achieving expected benefits from using the service.
2. The Company is not liable for service issues caused by user negligence.
3. The Company is not responsible for content posted or transmitted by users.
4. The Company is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties related to transactions made via the service.
5. The Company is not responsible for data storage, loss, or transmission issues as defined in service-specific rules.
6. The Company is not liable for damages not specified here as defined in separate service regulations.
7. Lawsuits between the Company and users shall be filed in the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
8. Korean law applies to all disputes between the Company and users.

Privacy Policy Notice

Mifko Co., Ltd., Mifko Seeds Co., Ltd., and Mifko Green Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) comply with all relevant personal information protection laws that information and communications service providers must observe, including the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.
 In accordance with these laws, the Company has established this Privacy Policy to protect users’ rights and interests and strives to uphold them.
 The Privacy Policy of Goryeo Computer Co., Ltd. contains the following provisions:
 
1. Items of Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection
A. Items Collected
01. For customer inquiries submitted online and for the smooth provision of various services, the Company collects the following personal information:
 • Name, email address, contact information, address, Priva environmental control serial number, login information, ID, password, payment records, etc.
02. During service use or business processing, the following information may be automatically generated and collected:
 • IP address, cookies, date and time of visit, service usage records, records of improper or unauthorized use.
B. Methods of Collection
The Company collects personal information through:
 • Website, fax, telephone, inquiry boards, email,
 • Information provided by partner companies.
 
2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
• Fulfillment of service-related contracts and billing for service provision
 • Member management: identity verification, confirmation of membership intent, handling complaints and inquiries, delivering notifications
 • Marketing and advertising: development and specialization of new services/products, providing information on events and promotional materials
 
3. Sharing and Provision of Personal Information
The Company uses personal information only within the scope stated in “2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information.”
 The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties without the user’s prior consent.
 However, exceptions apply when:
• Required by law, or
 • A request is made by an investigative agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by law.
 
4. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
The Company does not entrust users’ personal information to external parties without their consent.
 If entrustment becomes necessary in the future, the Company will notify users of the entrusted party and the details of the outsourced work and, if required, obtain prior consent.
 
5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled.
 However, certain information may be retained for the specified period for the following reasons:
A. According to Internal Policy
B. According to Relevant Laws
When required under applicable laws, such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Company retains member information for the legally prescribed period.
 Information retained for legal reasons is used only for storage purposes.
Retention periods are as follows:
• Records of payment and supply of goods/services
 – Legal Basis: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
 – Retention Period: 5 years
• Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution
 – Legal Basis: Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
 – Retention Period: 3 years
• Records related to identity verification
 – Legal Basis: Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
 – Retention Period: 6 months
• Website visit records
 – Legal Basis: Protection of Communications Secrets Act
 – Retention Period: 3 months
 
6. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
A. Destruction Procedure
Information submitted by users (e.g., online inquiries) is transferred to a separate database (or stored separately for paper documents) once its purpose has been achieved. It is then retained for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, after which it is destroyed.
 Personal information retained by law is not used for any other purpose.
B. Destruction Methods
• Paper documents containing personal information are shredded or incinerated.
 • Personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.
 
7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users and legal guardians may view or modify their personal information—or that of children under 14 years old—at any time.
 To request access or corrections, users may contact the Personal Information Manager by mail, telephone, or email. The Company will take prompt action after verifying identity.
If a correction is requested, the relevant information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed.
 Personal information deleted or terminated at a user’s request is processed according to Section 5 and is not viewed or used for any other purpose.
 
8. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Tools (Cookies)
The Company uses cookies to provide personalized and customized services.
 Cookies are small text files sent by the web server to the user’s browser and stored on the user’s computer.
A. Purpose of Using Cookies
To analyze user visits, usage patterns, and traffic volume in order to provide optimized services.
B. Cookie Settings and Rejection
Users may choose whether to allow cookies. Options include:
• Allowing all cookies
 • Receiving a prompt each time cookies are stored
 • Rejecting all cookies
However, rejecting cookies may limit the use of some services.

9. Personal Information-Related Inquiries and Complaints
Users may report privacy-related complaints to the Personal Information Manager or the relevant department.
 The Company will respond promptly and adequately.
